Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats, ½ cup almond or peanut butter, 1 tbsp moringa powder, 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, ¼ cup chia or flaxseeds, ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews), and a pinch of sea salt.

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, moringa powder, chia seeds, and chopped nuts. Add nut butter and honey, mixing slowly until the mixture becomes sticky and cohesive. Adjust consistency by adding a few drops of water if too dry. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls using your palms. Place them on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
